Vendor Shipment Fee:

At Afrovending, we understand the importance of getting your products to customers quickly and efficiently. That's why we have a convenient drop off office located in Lagos, Nigeria where vendors can drop off their products for shipment.

We offer two shipping options: ocean and air. For ocean shipping, we charge a flat rate of N800 per kilogram. This option is ideal for vendors who are looking to save on shipping costs and can afford to wait a bit longer for their products to reach our warehouse in the United States.

For vendors who need their products to reach our warehouse in the United States more quickly, we offer air shipping at a rate of N3500 per kilogram. This option is ideal for vendors who have time-sensitive products or need to get their products to customers as soon as possible.

Please note that these rates are for shipping from our drop off office in Lagos, Nigeria to our warehouse in the United States. Any additional taxes or fees such as clearance fee may apply. Additionally, vendors will be responsible for paying for their products shipment weight once they get the total weight from the drop off office.

We want to make it as easy as possible for vendors to get their products to customers, and our drop off office and shipping options are just one way we're doing that. If you have any questions about our drop off office or shipping options, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Subscription Fee:

There are subscription fee for vendors who wish to use our platform on a regular basis. This fee will give you access to our full suite of tools and resources to help you grow your business and reach more customers.

These fees are typically charged on a recurring monthly basis and are used to cover the costs of maintaining and updating the platform. Vendors may be required to pay different subscription fees depending on the level of service they require, such as basic, standard, premium or partner access to certain features. It's important for vendors to understand that their are no fees for listing and selling their products on the marketplace.

Commission Fee:

At Afrovending, we are committed to providing our vendors with the best possible experience when selling their products on our marketplace. One way we do this is by collecting a commission on each sale made through our platform. This commission helps us cover the cost of maintaining and improving our platform, as well as providing valuable services to our vendors such as marketing, customer support, and more.

When a vendor makes a sale on our platform, a small percentage of the sale price is deducted as commission. This commission rate is clearly stated in our vendor agreement and is subject to change. However, we strive to keep our commission rates competitive with other marketplaces in the industry.

The commission collected is not just a way for us to generate revenue, but it also helps us ensure that our vendors are receiving the best possible value for their products. By keeping our commission rates low, we can help our vendors maximize their profits and grow their businesses.

We understand that our vendors work hard to create and market their products and that's why we are always looking for ways to support them and help them succeed on our marketplace. Our commission structure is just one of the ways we do this. We are always happy to work with our vendors to find solutions that work best for them
